Corporate Channel Sales Role - Loan Against Property/Mortgage/Home Loan

Key Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for driving and delivering budget numbers month on month for LAP business through Corporate Channels by way of activation, engagement, and sourcing.

- Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top-notch performance, desired productivities, market presence in line with company strategy and objectives.

- Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.

- Drive the activation and delivery agenda for new locations.

- To provide sponsorship support to the deals and client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.

- To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.

- To collaborate with RSM's and local teams and create engagements with Corporate Channels.
