Job Description:

- Maximize Revenues thru various product lines viz., Debt, Private Equity Arranger, Debt Syndication and Transaction Banking.

- Sense opportunities to maximize the revenues.

- Monitor the Real Estate Activities in the City thru formal & informal networking with Promoters of Real Estate Companies.

- Establish & Penetrate deep in the developer business to understand his requirement.

- Maintain Relationship with clients / potential clients at all levels viz., Promoters & CFO’s.

- Interact with other Banks / IPC’s / Lenders for market information & update

Candidates have experience in Corporate Strategy / Corporate Finance / Business Development units of builders and willing to explore this oppurtunity are welcomed.
