Corporate Banking Manager - International Banking

1. Responsible for achieving income and asset budgets for corporate banking business of IBU

2. Engage with coverage RM in scoping exercises and proactively build a business pipeline

3. Sourcing business opportunities in primary and secondary syndication markets

4. Collaborate with coverage RM in deal structuring and term sheet negotiation to convert mandates

5. Cross-sell and source leads for Transaction Banking, Capital Markets & Treasury products of IBU

6. Review of sanction proposals to obtain internal sign off on IBU compliances and transaction structure

7. Timely execution of mandates in compliance with applicable regulations and sanction terms

8. Responsible for efficient closure of documentation and security creation by effective coordination between external counsels, borrower, legal department and coverage RM

9. Ensure that documentation process and disbursements are in line with credit terms and identify deviations if any for suitable approvals

10. Coordinate with Treasury, credit ops and other support functions for timely disbursement and funding

11. Ensure safe keeping of documents and manage record of all backup files and approvals required for audit trail

12. Effectively monitor the account conduct and proactively coordinate with Borrower/ Agent for timely closure of conditions subsequent

13. Coordinate with coverage RM for timely closure of reviews/ renewals/ EWS triggers/stale ratings

14. Coordinating with Syndication team to execute sell down mandates

15. Effectively coordinate with Structured Asset Group for resolution and recovery of stressed assets

16. Attend to internal/statutory/regulatory audits and satisfactorily close all audit observations within permitted timelines

17. Assist Head Credit in internal/regulatory submissions and business plan reviews

18. Any other activity assigned by Head-Credit
