Coromandel International - Product Manager - Fungicides

- The role holder shall report to the Global Product Manager (Export) and shall lead activities related to fungicides portfolio for export business.

- This position will be responsible for identifying new products/product combinations to fulfill the fungicides portfolio gaps. Product Manager-Fungicides shall also be responsible for supporting GPM in monitoring the regional profitability for fungicides products. Driving knowledge management and developing product manual for existing products and new products as well.

- The candidate should have strong knowledge in plant disease management in major crops

- Understand product fitment in fungicides portfolio.

- Strong communication & excellent interpersonal skills

- Product Marketing and liasoning with sales & marketing team

- Ability to travel within India and abroad when required

- Ability to multi task and ensure that competing priorities are managed.

- Responsible for preparing robust business cases/plan for fungicides segment

- Responsible for creating robust future portfolio, identify, and develop new product life cycle/management ideas

- Responsible for identifying gaps and create new product business plan for fungicides portfolio

- Develop the core positioning strategy for the fungicides product

- Study of the competitor's placement and communication strategy

- Develop region wise crop-product placement & promotional plan

- Develop crop wise fungicides portfolio roadmap for existing and new opportunity crops for organization

- Support business growth from existing, to be launched products

- Actively work with Regional and Country Managers and marketing teams to drive product strategy.

- Understand future trends and give inputs for future portfolio introductions

- Ideation of innovative tools for better message communication in Promotion Campaign

- Training the business teams for new product introductions on regular basis

- Co-ordinate with designers, Printers & other vendors for Packaging, POP designing, liaisoning with Govt institutes & Co Marketers as & when required

- Develop brand image of our product range, product promotional activities.
