Manager/Senior Manager - Support Salesforce
- Expert level of Salesforce Sales, Service & CG Cloud knowledge.
- Experience in Salesforce implementation/Support on Salesforce Sales, Service & CG Cloud.
- Knowledge in Agri Industry or related industry would be an added advantage.
- Troubleshooting of technical / functional issues faced by Sales & Marketing Team and BU Admins on Salesforce
- Escalating IT issues to relevant stakeholders for problem resolution in a timely manner
- Co-ordination with BU Admins and Business Team
- Co-ordination with service provider
- Periodical review & reporting on responsibilities & KPIs
