DGM - Supply Chain (Plant SCM Head) 1. Establish, in conjunction with the Head Supply Chain the processes for SCM within CPC technical business in line with the business strategy and organizational objectives 2. Responsible for entire plant supply chain operations 3. Responsible for managing inbound /outbound logistics for plant in consultation with Central supply chain team. 4. Manage plant FG/RM warehouses, tanks and ensure to have proper inventory control. Coordinate with Central Purchase team for timely availability of RM and packing material for production line continuity. 5. Manage engineering stores and coordinate with indirect purchase team for managing inventory. 6. Coordinate with leadership team of plant for production issues, plant changeovers and ensure production is happening as per agreed plan. 7. Participate in S&OP meetings and give inputs for effective utilization of plant capacity. Make advance dispatch plans in consultation with central supply chain planner. 8. Ensure entire documentation in terms of material receipt and outbound deliveries are properly executed in SAP with audit compliance and as per requirement of government guidelines. 9. Coordinate with tollers for RM supplies and timely availability FG from tollers. 10. Identify non-moving inventory and coordinate with relevant team and liquidate idle inventory.
