Brand Manager -
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Work with various marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Support creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
Multi Channel Digital Marketing
- Strategize and implement multi channel marketing activations, engagement and brand awareness
- Set up and monitor Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Browser & App Push Notifications campaigns for different digital touchpoints and consumer journeys for lead nurturing and conversion
- Create contextual and high quality creatives for different channels and consumer segments
- Develop and execute strategies to build the 1st party email marketing list
Agency Management
- Manage the media agency and the digital creative agency ecosystem
- Ensure objective setting and performance regularly
- Manage reports, data analysis with all external stakeholders/agencies
