We are looking for effective leader who lead our sales team to next level of growth challenges. Sales Head will be responsible for defining, executing and owning the strategy required to deliver revenue goals in India. The role requires you to work with company management to set strategic objectives and maintain our growth and increase market share among marketing platform providers by driving new account acquisition, activation, account management and sales strategy.

We are looking with individuals who are experienced in consultative sales ready to work hand-inhand with their teams helping them achieve ambitious targets and partner with our clients to meet their marketing goals via Digital as channel. Individual must possess Excellent Communication Skills with proven ability to train and motivate team with background in analytical approach in business development.

Key results Area:

- Define go-to-market sales strategy

- He should be extremely well networked with business relationships with CMO level access across India. The candidate should also be responsible for building a multi city sales team so should have a large network

- Responsible for achievement of top line, bottom line, and strategic objectives in alignment with the business requirements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- Define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel .

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for all headquarters; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Develop effective strategies for identifying new markets and selling more products and evaluating these strategies on regular basis for updations, whenever required.

- Should be able to adapt to Startup Environment.

Requisite Skills:

- Previous work experience in sales and/or business development with Ad Agencies, brands, media houses, mobile marketing.

- Knowledge of online, mobile advertising market is a strong plus

- Strong analytical skills

- A self-starter and high achiever

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Effective Negotiating & strong closing capabilities
