- Analyzing Talent Acquisition Process

- Critical analysis of Job descriptions in detail.

- According what caliber person required- competency based assessment.

- Man power Analysis -Who/from where/how much?

- Triggering process Automation -Getting the ERP of HR module or software implemented

- Getting the data into system.

- Ensuring the data precision & accuracy.

- Ensuring the data getting used for future for making the best and quickest decision.

- Ensuring data helping in promotions/ performance appraisals/and manpower as per target and requirement.

- Standardizing the process through ERP system.

- Enabler for fair & objective Performance Management System implementation (PMS).

- System driven PMS -giving facts and data for the PMS result for PMS grade achievement so there is no disparity between employer and employee.

- Reporting to the management on regular basis above activity performance and updates and proactively giving proposal for making HR dept. better and robust for Future and looking at the future growth of the company.

Additional Requirements/qualification-

- Working knowledge of SAP (HR Module).

- 2-3 years working knowledge of corporate & strategic HR.

- “People” oriented person.

- Age between 28 to 35 years.

- Should have worked in manufacturing or Engineering Company.

- CTC commensurate with competencies & caliber of the talent and not the constraint for “Right” fit.

Incumbent should be from Premium B School

Engineering background preferred.
