About Onato :

Founders have strong backgrounds and come from IIT & BITS having a combined experience of more than 20 years.

We are now building a solid core team. We want to work with passionate people who believe that tech can meaningfully change a largely unorganized agri supply chain and build a large, profitable business in the long term.

Job Description :

This role is for the first principle-driven and iteration-oriented person, willing to do the 0 to 1 journey of a problem. A go-getter attitude, a high bias for action, and good top-down thinking will make this challenging role super exciting and enjoyable. You will work directly with the founders.

Following are some pointers about the role :

- Building & managing a strong procurement team. This team will spread across India for various fruits & veggies.

- Building products & processes to ensure a wow experience for suppliers.

- Ensuring a smooth supply of multiple commodities at the best possible rates.

Required Skills :

- Organized, punctual & structured.

- Team management

- Ability to formulate simple & effective SOPs for the team

- Ability to breakdown complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans

- Comfort with big datasets and ability to understand what data to pull and analyze to derive business insights

- Deal with ambiguity and layout a clear thought process to translate input efforts into output business KPIs

- Ability to manage stakeholders across levels and teams to deliver on tight execution plans

Experience : 5+ years of experience in FnV sourcing

Compensation :

- Salary (as per market standard)

- ESOPs ( upto 3%)
