Company Process

- Understanding the actual current process of the company various dept./stages/plants etc.

- After analyzing the actual process working through IT SAP ERP system.

- Analyzing the usage of current SAP ERP system

- Critical Gap Analysis in the current SAP ERP system process & bridging those gaps.

- Requirement & feasibility analysis at organization level.

- Implementation of usage across the organization of SAP ERP system.

- Adherence to SAP ERP usage.

- Analyzing the Mandatory fields inputs with current format data inputs and then only the info passes to the next process of ERP system. Ensuring NO LOOSE ENDS.

- Ensuring the system is designed in a way that the end result is only possible if things are done properly as per the process.

- Optimum utilization of modules- which are already procured to be in usage.

- Giving proposal for buying new modules and giving benefits and return of new procurement.

- Planning & designing a Robust/ Simple IT SAP ERP system usage.

- Inculcating the fundamentals of automation across the organization and people relying on the SAP ERP system.

- Ensuring detailed Training program is given to the new incumbents for upgrading their technical skills.

- Ultimate goal is to see “LIVE MANAGEMENT DASH BOARD THROUGH SAP ERP SYSTEM”

- Regular updating the mafnagement regarding the progress on above task and seeking for help and proactively giving proposal for making SAP dependable company not people dependable company for facts, figures, process and for making future decisions.

Additional Requirements/qualification-

- 4- 5 years of work experience is mandatory.

- Experience of SAP modules – MM, PP, SD, PS, PM, QM, FICO, HR etc.

- SAP certification is must.

- Worked on projects for Manufacturing/Engg. Companies.

- Worked on BI implementation project.

- Engineering graduate with MBA is desirable.
