Purpose - Why does this role exist?


As we embark on the next phase of growth, it is imperative for Core Facilities to enhance the digital consumer engagement and experience to the next level. This role is responsible for the building and implementation of the marketing strategy for Core Facilities. It is a team leadership role which will entail building and leading a team of digital marketing experts to strengthen the engagement and affinity for Core Facilities in the digital space. The role will include Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Content development, Building partner relationships, Own Media responsibility, P&L of the entire account and Ownership of Core Facilities with business growth.


Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) :


- Building overall ecommerce/digital strategy to drive the brand presence and conversions through the online channels


- End to end responsibility of revenue and P&L for complete online business (both website & marketplaces)


- Tracking and optimizing every step of the marketing funnel in order to optimize unit economics & LTV / CAC ratio


- Develop and implement content marketing strategies for social media to build stronger brand awareness, drive engagement and organic growth.


- Plan, develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies.


- Design, manage and execute marketing campaigns and content marketing programs intended to generate sales leads, accelerate sales cycles, and grow the business


- Product listing on Amazon


- Building and Maintenance of the company website


- Collaterals


- Working on digital campaigns


- Extensive Content writing experience


- Execution and Team Management


- Good aesthetic sense (Graphic Designing)


- Ability to lead a team of writers, designers, and campaign managers.


- Oversee and grow marketing department.


- Experience with improving Lead Generation


- Knowledge of branding


- Excellent analytical skills translate into actionable insights for the business.


- Driving digital campaigns for Core Facilities


- Monitor and evaluate performance of digital marketing with the team.


- Customer insights for building communication and promotion of Core Facilities product brands.


- Effective utilization of digital marketing budgets through ROI driven approach.


- Handling margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collection of ecommerce business of the brand


- Driving operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency and reducing delivery costs.


- Creating new opportunities with e-commerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.


- Utilizing analytics to track sales trends & identifying opportunities for growth.


- Handling platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Noon (Dubai), Go4worldbusiness


- Ensuring keyword expansion & optimization resulting in increased traffic


Critical Tasks :


- Responsible for Planning, Implementing, Managing, and monitoring the companys Marketing Plan


- Data driven insights for consistent improvement of content in all channels and meticulously track critical behavioral and performance metrics to deliver of campaign objectives & ROI.


- Ownership website content like web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, reviews and occasionally social media and marketing copy.


- Internal stakeholder management to build marketing function.


- Management of Core Facilities to deliver effective lead management and address customer queries/ complaints.


- Building and leading a competent and capable digital marketing team.


Decision making authority (Decisions expected):


- Team selection and appointment


- Budgetary allocation of Digital marketing spends.


Educational Background and Work Experience :


- 12+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing & Ecommerce


- PG management Degree preferred.


- Certification courses in Digital Marketing


Competencies :


- Ability to take ownership for building a strong digital marketing strategy.


- Having experience in working with a startup and multi-functional approach.


- Strong decision making and Problem-solving skills.


- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders Marketing team, Product team, Sales teams, Group Marketing team.
