Urgent Opening for Young/ energetic and technically sound candidates for the post of Translation Project Manager/ Team Manager/ Project Manager/ CRM/ PMO for our own company based out in Pitampura, Delhi

Work Location: Pitampura, Delhi (please apply only if you are comfortable in commuting to this location)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days working)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinating and overseeing all stages of translation projects: receipt of a request from the client, price, and delivery negotiation, translator liaison, document correction, final delivery of projects to clients.

- Liaising with both internal as well as external contacts in the division (translators, project managers, editors, technical team)

- Ensuring that the quality of projects is met (content and delivery schedules)

- Determine and define project scope and objectives.

- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.

- Track project costs to meet the budget.

- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

- Monitor progress and adjust as needed.

- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

- Excellent analytical & team management skills

- The desired candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Salary offered: 6-8LPA
