Description

1/ Program manager will lead Ops Excellence focused on driving

- Profitability

- Customer success

- Productivity Improvement.

2/ You will work accross seller operations/support, Logistics and fulfilment operations, customer experience charters.

3/ This role would directly report to founders and would liaison with multiple functions such as category, logistics, seller operations customer support team to drive strategy projects/initiatives

What should you expect from the role?

- Understand business strategy/north Star metrics and how multiple functions/metrics contribute to that

- Prepare roadmap, prioritise and plan delivery of multiple projects

- Work on multiple short to long duration projects simultaneously

- Adopt a roll up your sleeve attitude with relentless execution and continuous iteration

- Own, track, or escalate issues to ensure that they are addressed, documented; manage project schedule with input from different stakeholders.

- You are comfortable presenting and reporting insights and program updates effectively to Core team, question and be questioned

Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years experience in program, project or general management

- Experience working cross functionally

- Relevant work experience as a Program Manager or Business analyst

- Technically sound - Ability to use multiple SAAS tools & application for automation & analytics

- Strong Analytical skills - has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions

- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.

- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.

- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment

- Solid communication skills and team player

- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor in engineering with masters/MBA (preferred) from tier 1 school

- Experience in e-commerce/FMCG is a plus

- Data analytics and number crunching skills
