Cora HealthCare - Head - Product - IIT/BITS

Founding team, Leadership Role Hire. Ex-Founders or CTOs Preferred.

Both founders are ex-Flipkart folks with deep passion for health and wellness & consumer tech and backed by senior industry leaders."

We are looking to hire the product lead who will work directly with the founders in building the product across multiple platforms - web and mobile.

What would you need to do?

1. Create product roadmap. Understand business and customer experience requirements and do their tech solutioning end-to-end. Roadmap for App Launch, Personalisation engine etc to be charted out

2. Lead a team of developers, designers and ensure product rollout as per timelines

3. Have supersonic speed of implementation. Test and learn is the motto here.

Product Manager Requirements :

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. IIT, BITS graduates preferred but not mandatory

2. Previous experience of minimum 4 years in a product development or management role.

3. Experience with no-code platforms and their integrations

4. Proven product development ability, functional understanding of full-stack development

5. Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.

6. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

We are looking for folks who are passionate about the startup experience and wish to grow exponentially. - Ex-Founders, CTO's or having led development of products from scratch, especially customer facing product. - For the right candidate, remuneration wouldn't be an issue and we can look into equity as well.
