Opportunity :
Head of Client Solutions - Corporates and Consulting
- The Head of Client Solutions, Corporates and Consulting, will drive a market-led strategy to help grow Copal Amba's business within this vertical.
Responsibilities :
- Meet the sales target for the corporates and consulting vertical
- Help maximise enquiries, win ratio and penetration of the corporates and consulting vertical
- Help align Copal Amba's offerings and pitch to the needs of customers within this space
- Help differentiate Copal Amba's services to customers within this space to maximise the deal-win ratio
- Participate, along with sales and delivery subject-matter experts, in articulating Copal Amba's value proposition and differentiation to clients within the vertical. The position will require the candidate to travel globally to meet customers and prospects
- Take the lead in coordinating cross-service pitches during active sales cycles (RFPs, proposals)
- Work with the marketing team and execute the marketing plan to help create awareness about Copal Amba's services to corporates and consulting firms across multiple channels
- Improve targeting and messaging to our corporate and consulting clients based on feedback, market changes, emerging segments/needs and competition
- Provide senior sales members with updates on the trends within the vertical and on the competition
- Provide training to new sales members to target the vertical appropriately
- Act as inside sales creating new meetings and pipeline on a US territory with prospecting trips
- Additionally, demonstrate sales skills to build and close deals. This is non-targeted year 1 but will be measurable
Required Background :
- MBA or other post-graduate or professional degree
- 10-15 years- experience in a knowledge process outsourcing firm or consulting firm
- Strong understanding of the offshore knowledge services market for corporates and consulting clients
- Proven ability to have high-quality senior-level conversations with clients in this space within the Healthcare, Energy, Aviation and Consulting sectors
- High energy, creative individual with experience in multi-stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
