We are looking at dynamic and capital-markets-savvy professionals who can further strengthen our efforts to address the ever-increasing demand for our existing services and contribute to our initiatives to launch new services. The current opportunity is for Associate Vice President (AVP) with the Quantitative Services business unit.  Key Responsibilities :  - Create strategies : Assist the management team in formulating go-to-market strategies by gathering information on market sizing, demand-supply gap, competitive landscape, etc., and by arriving at meaningful inferences and action plans. Provide overall assistance to the implementation of strategic action items.  - Accelerate business development - Assist the sales function in identifying opportunities, nurturing them into qualified deals, and facilitate client interaction and closure of business. Responsibilities include a spectrum of critical activities such as lead generation, campaign management, collateral management, responses to competitive bids (RFIs/RFQs/RFPs), and facilitating existing client visits.  - Help launch new services : The environment in which Copal Amba's clients operate is quite dynamic and includes factors that are disruptive to existing business models. Monitor the overall capital markets, identify impactful trends, and assist the organization in preparing for tomorrow's needs.  Requirements :  - Entrepreneurial spirit to drive revenue growth and build sustainable engagements  - Master's in Finance/Business Management/Economics/CFA candidates/equivalent  - 2-5 years of relevant experience, with the ability to create content for capital markets audiences  - Ability to work across functions and hierarchies to achieve results within stringent timelines  - Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, and basic knowledge of Word  - Excellent verbal and written skills in English  - Hands-on experience in Quantitative research and analytics highly desirable
