Job Description :

Responsible for compliance through Audit

Should be capable of conducting audits of suppliers of Raw Materials, Packing Materials.

Should be competent to provide with timely, complete and accurate reports of the current level of quality compliance or implementation.

Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure.

Building processes and metrics for quality control

Constantly review and modify audit guidelines and parameters

Plan and implement Quality Audit calendar and report feedback on Quality ratings and metrics

Custodian of all SOPs and process related documents and regular updating of the same

Ensure high quality of supply through audit and action plans

Identify gaps in quality assurance processes and implement changes

Train the training team and sourcing team on quality processes and ways to improve quality

Ensure appropriate and quick resolutions to customer escalations
