Job Description :

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Responsible for growing customer acquisition, retention and referral

- Running and monitoring marketing campaigns and measuring the effectiveness of the marketing channel on a continuous basis

- Understanding consumer behavior, branding, positioning

- Responsible for identifying new marketing and sales channels to grow the business

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing digital marketing projects/programs and client relationships with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in executing/managing digital campaigns across channels - Email, Web, Search, Ads, Social
