JOB DESCRIPTION: - Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency of sales and production team. - Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases. - Interpreting data, analyzing results using advanced MS Excel spread sheets and statistical techniques. - Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment. Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes. - Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole. - Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS -&nbsp; - Analytical Skills: Must be excellent in handling large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. - Communication Skills: You need to present your findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. - Critical Thinking: Must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. - Attention to Detail: Data is precise. You will have to make sure you are vigilant in your analysis to come to correct conclusions. - Math Skills: You need math skills to estimate numerical data.
