COO/Unit Head - Chemical Process Industry

A leading Conglomerate and one of the largest names in chemical process industry , wishes to hire the Unit Head for one of its largest integrated sites.

- The incumbent would be providing strategic leadership to the Unit which is state of the art and caters to the Indian and export markets .

- He /she will have full responsibility of Safety, Cost, Production, Quality, Commercial , HR & IR , R&D , Technology and Marketing and Liaison with External Agencies.

- He is expected to ensure profitability through better utilization of resources and leveraging his /her experience in Manufacturing/operational excellence.

- We invite applications from Chemical Engineers having graduated from the top institutes - IIT /BITS PILANI with PG in operations having 20+ years of experience.

- The incumbent must have relevant exposure in heading end to end operations of large facilities including Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, HR, Safety & Environment, Logistics, Stores, Procurement, 3P and R&D.

- Must have exposure to various facets of manufacturing in a process industry having multiple and complex lines (specialty chemicals , fertilizers, chemicals , pulp & fibre manufacturing companies )

- Must have relevant leadership experience and deft at managing cross-functional teams.
