COO - Senior VP - Finance Controller

Looking for SVP Financial Controller, MNC Bank Captive, Delhi / NCR

This role is the Deputy to the Group Head - Clients shared service center and needs to lead & be able to collaborate & influence multiple senior stakeholders.

Monitoring implementation of the strategic design of the Finance Center and management of the delivery platforms. Representing Finance COO community.

The incumbent should have a good understanding of the offshoring industry.

Ability to work with considerable ambiguity and complex stakeholder management challenges.

Candidate should have understanding of finance systems and process and data flows. Proven project management skills.

Supporting implementation of an efficient and effective operating model- this will include organizational design, initiatives like outsourcing and any other significant strategic initiative. In addition, the role requires active involvement in joining up the teams globally across language.
