You will be managing sales for the nation and will take part in a complete operations experience as you lead every facet of the journey. They are an organization that has a strong presence both globally and in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the MD, You will be responsible for:
- Delivering the targeted sales revenue
- Delivering the budgeted OS Implementation and formulation of strategies and ensuring its implementation at field level.
- Supporting the Managing Director and work with executive team by research, analyzing, and planning potential business development and growth opportunities, including new channels, additional services and acquisitions.
- Contributing to pricing decisions and strategy so that local and specific knowledge is understood and pricing changes are effectively managed and implemented to maximize the positive impact on revenue.
- Ensuring that all internal business communications are delivered via appropriate channels and are effectively planned to ensure full understanding and maximum impact
The Successful Candidate - You should be an MBA with minimum 12-15 years of sales experience with proven multi-site operations in retail. An ideal candidate should be taking self-initiative, leadership roles, breakthrough thinking and functioning in highly dynamic environments. You should have outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational and analytical skills.
