Seeking a COO/General Manager for a rapidly growing Women Apparel and fashion Brand

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The role will Manage operations in a company currently having 3 founders of which 2 are based in Singapore and One in India.

- The current founders will be responsible for Design, IT, Marketing and Finance.

- Currently the company sells through Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon and through their own website

The incumbent may be from an ECom Retail set up and would have managed 50 to 200 people set up with responsibilities of :

- Fabrication/Production

- Purchasing

- Merchandising

- Inventory Planning

- Logistics

- People may be from High Fashion, Mass Market, Men or Children Wear and would have a very strong planning experience

For the right candidate besides salary the organisation will be willing to offer esops

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Seeking a person with 10 year plus experience with good pedigree of education
