COO - Finance Change - Centre of Excellence - Financial Institution

- Our client is top tier global financial institution with a significant Finance Centre of Excellence in India. The unit is continually looking to develop and remain at the forefront of quality and service levels. 

- As part of a global initiative in terms of improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the organisation, they have created a new role to drive through their objectives within the finance function. 

- To this end they are looking to hire an experienced individual with extensive experience within Change Management, specifically in the finance function.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying efficiencies and synergies across each finance function

- Reporting to the Global Delivery Lead and Review people strategy across each location

- Identifying areas for productivity improvement and leading the projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 18 years of relevant experience

- A strong track record of Change Management in financial services

- Experience in managing senior global stake holders

- Experience in implementing various - digitalization projects including RPA etc.

- A female candidate is strongly preferred for this opportunity.

- Strong English communication and influencing skills.
