Basic Qualifications : - MBA or Master's degree in Strategy, Operations or Finance - Minimum of 20+ years of experience - Direct experience in an electronic/electrical products, EMS manufacturing environment is preferred. - Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS9100D - Implement OR Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles - Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP reporting - Strong Leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication and high degree of Integrity, maturity and situational sensitivity. - Highly result oriented with a strong customer focus.
