COO/CEO - Operations - Pharma

- Lead the overall business for the API Pharmaceutical

- The candidate must have a strong technical expertise in managing the API business (Preferred manufacturing+ R&D experience)

- The candidate must have led multiple plants in the past, thereby gaining a strong hold over remote operations

- The candidate should have managed P&L as part of his stints with a strong inclination towards Finance as a function

- The candidate must have the inclination to manage other functions like - HR, Marketing, Finance, BD and sales alongwith technical functions

- The candidate must be a PhD holder
