Job Title / Designation : COO / Business / Profit Centre Head - Mumbai

We are a leading well established fast growing Senior and Middle Management Recruitment Consultancy and part of a Global, Top 20, Retained Executive Search & Management Consultancy firm - with 100+ consultants in 45 offices in 26 countries.

The Role :

Responsibilities :

- He will lead the business

- Servicing, Consolidating existing clients share & fees.

- Acquiring / Servicing client referred by our sister international retained company

- Lead a team of recruiters, ensure high quality

- Must have done Senior / Top level CTC - 30 Lacs & above

The Candidate :

- Age - Around 40 yrs

- Education : Preferable Engineer + MBA

- Experience : Minimum 10 yrs in Recruitment Industry

- Atleast 3 yrs as Regional / Profit Centre Head

CTC : Decent fixed + High PLI - Earning opportunity 30+ Lacs based on performance / Equity possible.

Work Experience : 10 - 20 yrs
