The Business Head is required to set direction and fully exploit the opportunities in the geography. The role is responsible for creating key strengths in the Business for competitive advantage over medium term. It involves understanding customer needs and to ensure that these are met at all touch points in the most efficient manner through strong stakeholder management across the channel partners and market. This requires a clear strategic vision for the business and to ensure that pre-set milestones are met by the team on a periodic basis and by managing change with respect to new lines of Business and emerging Business scenarios. To achieve the above, the role needs to collaborate, influence and create alignment across various cross functional stakeholders. It also requires ensuring Business delivery through seamless governance with no disruptions by managing regulatory environment & improved external image.
Will head cross functional team of Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, CS, Technology, Corporate affairs etc
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
MBA with at least 2 years as an SBU / profit centre head
Preferably from Top Premium school
P&L exp mandatory
