About the Role : As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers who align with our brand. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for staying ahead in the evolving landscape of influencer marketing.

Responsibilities :

- Strategy Development: Create and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

- Influencer Identification: Identify and build relationships with influencers whose audience aligns with our target market.

- Campaign Management: Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring content alignment and contractual obligations.

- Negotiation: Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and deliverables with influencers to ensure mutual benefit.

- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring it resonates with our brand messaging.

- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to measure and analyze the success of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape and industry trends.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative influencer strategies.

- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
