Business Development - Advertising Sales
Who are we looking for?
- You have 3-5 years of experience (ideally) working in sales or business development.
- You enjoy great client relationships. You listen to, and understand customers, and partner them in problem-solving.
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. The ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions will be critical in this role.
- You enjoy challenges. Can meet critical project milestones and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
What kind of work will you be doing?- Accelerate customer acquisition: Identify Brand's objectives and pitch value proposition for using Convosight's platform.
- End to end Client Management: Own sales funnel through outreach, on boarding, adoption, renewal, expansion and loyalists
- Foster relationships: invest in building strategic partnerships with key customers
- Work collaboratively across teams: Product, Technology, Growth and Marketing
- Develop sales plan: Envision strategy for business development and achieving Sales Quota
- Process compliance: Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting etc.
- Evangelize the product: Best in class collaterals, case studies and pitch propositions
- Manage business with reasonable size and scale with a growth mindset
Skills required :- Excellent communication skills, MBA is a must.
- High degree of familiarity with digital platforms and digital ecosystem
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate Client (Brand's) marketing objectives to internal customer success teams.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
