Job Summary:

- As the Brand Solutions Manager, you'll lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, leveraging closed communities and influencer partnerships to drive brand advocacy and consideration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives.

- Your role involves identifying and selecting target communities, crafting engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ROI.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to our brand.

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and analysis.

- Oversee the creation and optimization of compelling content for influencer campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for optimization.

- Manage influencer marketing budget effectively, negotiating competitive rates while maintaining quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into overall campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager and Brand Solution role.

- In-depth understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
