Experience & Education Requirements:

CAs with 6+ years Experience & BCom/MCom/ICWA or equivalent with 10+ Years Experience

- 10+ years of experiences in F&A

- Working experience in ERPs

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Expert knowledge of GAAP

- Strong Analytical abilities

- Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)

- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Any BCom/MCom/CA/CWA/ICWA

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Controller / Senior Controller to handle a big mega/complex client independently

- Controller / Senior Controller to own the process completely

- Controller / Senior Controller to be the single point of contact with assigned Team Leads

- Involve in account from transition phase

1. Get to understand Client's business

- On existing process

- Reporting requirements

2. Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry

3. To assess manpower requirement and involve in hiring process

4. To act as the primary liaison for delivery with transition & implementation

5. To identify areas for process improvements and to implement best practices that is being followed

6. Problem solving abilities

7. Should identify gaps in the process and implement requisite control mechanism

8. Identify knowledge gaps and work on training needs of his team

9. Explore automation opportunities

- Controller / Senior Controller to have strong analytical and organizational skills

- Controller / Senior Controller must be result-oriented, have a passion for change implementation
