Controller - Accounting Ops - Pharma

Medplus is into retail pharmacy chain shop with more than 1050 outlets across INDIA with annual turn over of 700 crores and 6000 employees. We are looking for few positions in finance

Controller – Accounting Operations

1.Leading Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable Teams

2.Responsible for identifying and implementing a plan to resolve all discrepancies that arise in the payment process or receipt process

3.Regular MIS reports preparation as per requirements of the Management.

4.Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the Books of accounts

5.Agrees to KPIs in terms of the process owned. Agrees to critical SLAs that would impact performance in case of default

6.Review of Customer / Supplier balances within agreed frequency

7.Establish highly methodical approach towards his/her work and the Teams as well, needs to be checklist oriented

8.Ensure adequate training imparted to the teams to build up ongoing productivity and also create knowledge base that empowers teams to deliver high performance

9.ERP implementation experience

Qualification:

- CA/ CMA

- 5-7 YEARS Of experience
