ControlCase is a global provider of Compliance as a Service (CaaS), enterprise software and services company. We are headquartered in the United States, with locations in North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific and the Middle East. ControlCase offers Governance, Risk and Compliance Service for various types of security certifications including PCI, HIPAA, EI3PA, SOC1, SOC2, NIST, and others.

Job Description :

1. Business planning and budgeting: Provide the inputs from finance side for business planning and initiating the budgeting.

2. MIS, reasons for deviation against the business plan, regular follow up with the business.

3. Audit, liaising with auditors and external consultants

4. Statutory compliance: Adhere to statutory compliance to avoid penalty and better due diligence.

5. Tax planning: Tax planning to comply with statutory dues and cash flow management

6. Cost control: Through process improvisation, budgetary control and new initiatives.

The desired candidate will be responsible for APAC and will be reporting to CFO based in US.

Candidate Profile :

- CA with more than 15+ years of experience especially last couple of years in leadership role.

- Preferred candidate from IT background but not mandatory.
