Omnivio is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supply Chain Analyst - SC Analytics Associate/ CT Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping optimize supply chain operations and driving efficiency gains. Your data analysis and problem-solving abilities will be key to identifying areas for improvement, reducing costs, and providing end-to-end visibility of PnL levels, sales, and operating plans to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain, marketplace, or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of end to end supply chain
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Supply Chain operations from end to end aspect:
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Management
- Shipping & Courier Systems
- Returns Management
- Understanding of Reconciliation & Financial models
- Warehouse Reconciliation
- Shipping Reconciliation
- Financial P&L at overall level and further drill down
- Supply Chain Process Understanding
- O2S/O2D/S2D
- NDR Management
- RTO/Returns
- Intransit
- Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing data, developing insights, and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Lead and participate in supply chain optimization projects, such as warehouse design and smart load allocation, inventory planning etc. to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role with a demonstrated track record of data-driven supply chain improvements.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with a solid understanding of analytical tools like power BI, Metabase etc.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including inventory planning and warehouse management.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business acumen.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
