Control Tower Manager - FMCG/Internet/Online

- Responsible for driving overall ops metrics across the organization

- Drive key metrics like Breach, FC cancellation, RTO and NPS with Supply chain, Category and Product and Design teams

- Monitor order flow, functional breaches, breach risks and rider efficiency

- Daily Sync up with ground ops team with first cut RCA for the scorecard metrics

- Ad-hoc breakdowns/disruptions to be managed and also escalated to respective stakeholders

- Do deep dives on recurring issues and bring a systematic closure to those issues

- Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts
