Control Tower Lead - D2C FoodTech

Position Name: Control Tower Leader

Location : Bangalore (on-site).

Experience : Range 5 years+.

Mandatory Requirement : Skilled at administering supply chain function entailing Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound), Control Tower, Consulting, Customer Experience (order-to-invoice, customer relationship, service strategy), Process Excellence.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Monitor Last Mile, mid mile, Operations and identify improvement opportunities.

- Capacity Planning for the hubs, coordinating with the Planning team and ground Operations.

- Planning, forecasting and operation control through process monitoring.

- Work closely with Operations ,Planning, Design, customer experience team ,Central Ops to ensure smooth delivery operations on a day-to-day basis.

- Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics.

- Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility.

- Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement.

- Gather data and analyze data to arrive at actionable insights. Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within the Team.

- Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results.

- Drive key metrics like Breach, cancellation, RTO and NPS with Supply chain, Category and Product and Design teams.

- Monitor order flow, functional breaches, breach risks and rider efficiency.

- Daily Sync up with ground ops team with first cut RCA for the scorecard metrics.

- Ad-hoc breakdowns/disruptions to be managed and also escalated to respective stakeholders.

- Do deep dives on recurring issues and bring a systematic closure to those issues.

- Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts.

Qualification and Experience :

- Masters or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations.

- Expert in data analytics practice and deciding best-fit commercial.
