Contracts Specialist - Construction/Road Projects

The Contract Specialist shall be a qualified and registered professional engineer with an academic degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Highways or related areas such as transportation or contracts. 

This professional shall have a minimum of 12 years- experience in construction/ supervision of road projects, with proven track record in the administration and claims handling of large civil works contracts. 

Experience in at least two (2) completed OPBRC/PPP/ DBOMT / DBM / DBOM and FIDIC contracts shall be a requirement.

International experience and experience in Developing countries is desirable. 

Fluency in both written and spoken English and ability to communicate ideas freely is essential.
