Expectations : Please note that, the client is looking for resources who has very strong understanding of regulatory reporting and have been involved in transactional reporting work. Please see below a detailed requirement that the client is looking for. Note that this is indicative of the kind of profiles they are expecting as the candidates that we send across would be expected to perform the following:

- Create regulatory reporting business and functional requirement documents / user stories under Dodd Frank, EMIR, CANADA, SEC, CAT (Consolidate Audit) & CFTC regulations for both ETD and OTC derivative products.

- Liaise with equity traders/front and middle office/operation users and external interfaces/entities (GTR/SDR) for the understanding and analysis of OTC derivatives product post trades flows to create regulatory reporting solution framework to generate and submit RT, PET, Confirm, Position and Valuation reporting across asset class, Rates, Credits, Equity, FX and Commodity as per GTR/SDR, DTCC product reg. reporting template.

- Create product identification process flow document for various OTC Swap products (Equity, Dividend, Variance, Equity Forward, Volatility, OTC options - Onsys & Offsys, Exotics - Onsys & Offsys, Option Strategy - Onsys & Offsys) in line to regulatory requirement for Dodd Frank, EMIR and Canada transaction reporting.

- Analyze inbound and outbound transaction reporting / response messages to track on the in transit trade message submission and response status along with message types (RT,PET, Confirm and Position) across asset class and cross reporting jurisdiction (CFTC,ESMA,CANADA).

- Analyze and assess CFTC defined data elements rules and regulations for reporting entities applicable to different market participants, Clearing Organizations (CO), Clearing Members (CM), Swap Dealers (SD), Major Swap Participants (MSP) and commercial end-users and recommend on the applicable reporting rules.

- Create detailed business requirements related to Large Trader Reporting for Physical Commodity Swaps as per the regulation passed by Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (- Dodd-Frank Act- )

- Create product (Equity/Futures/Options/Swap) data mapping document and business rules for Legal Entity hierarchy and reporting jurisdiction identification for SEC/CFTC/ESMA and CANADA regulatory reporting.

- Create use case/exception scenarios to help resolve the issue related to incorrect counterparty/client information show up in FSA transaction reporting for Execution Only, Clearing and Full Service Clients trade processing

- Keywords/ Skillset - BA, Trade Management Lifecycle, Regulatory reporting business, CAT (Consolidate Audit) & CFTC regulations, OTC Swap products, Preferable - Agile/SCRUM Framework experience.

- Engagement Rate (Rate charged to Genpact by Vendor ) - 130 USD per day (Negotiable)

Job Type: 8 hrs a day, Mon - Fri, Daily, completely onsite, No travel required - Candidates should be local or willing to relocate at own expenses.
