Contract Manager -Renewable Energy Pune

JD:

Mission:

As Contract Manager, you participate in renewable energy projects along the contractual journey, at both pre-signature and post-signature stages. Your contribution is key in completing the project safely, on quality, time and budget.

Your daily responsibilities include:

- Reviewing, analyzing and drafting RfQs and contracts, including terms & conditions and appendices, for services, supply and construction contracts, partnerships, sub-contract, engineers

- Coordinating contractual risk analysis and implement arisk & opportunities monitoring and control process during execution;

- Analyzing the proposals and contributing to the clarification and selection processes;

- Advising the Project team in all contractual and risk matters during contract execution;

- Participating or leading contract negotiations;

- Managing contract events: notifications, changes and handling claims and other contractual matters;

- Managing all contractual communication and documentation;

- Liaising with internal teams: engineering,legal, . ;

- Sharing information and lessons learned.

Key Interactions:

- You liaise and coordinate with the internal teams: business development, procurement, engineering, quality, legal, etc.

- You will directly liaise, communicate and negotiate with all contractors, suppliers and other parties participating in the project.

Profile:

- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in contract management. You have an engineering/industrial or construction background.

- Experience in energy sector, preferablyin renewables, is a strong plus.
