Purpose of the Job:
Contract management:
- Organize and present Contract Workshops to xxx IS/IT Organization
- Guarantee proper execution of the running IS contracts or IT contracts
- Organize and Lead the Periodical Contract reviews; aligned with global/corporate where appropriate
- Negotiate and change the contract to fit any change in SLAs agreed with Business by the Performance 1anager or Service Manager
- Identify and remedy gaps and problems with in the existing contracts
- Negotiate achievement of internal targets (like cost reduction, scope change, etc) with the suppliers, aligning possible changes in consumption and cost factors with the Performance Manager or the Service Manager
- Determine Costs and Rates for the organization based on the running contracts or estimating it for future contracts (for instance: Cost to Support a new application)
Quality Management:
- Work as a Quality Gatekeeper for production, guaranteeing any qualitative change control into production
Qualifications & Technical Competencies Required:
Education:
University degree level or equal by experience, combining information technology and deep business knowledge.
Experience:
Business and or IT/IS experience
Experience in Service Management
Strong intercultural,social & communication skills
Strong negotiating and influencing skill
Strong Persuasion Skills
Process oriented mind set
Technical Competencies:
ITIL Service Management International Standard
Having a good understanding of IS and IS/IT technology trends.
