Job Description - A senior role with Edina Power Services Ltd. (EPSL Trigeneration Ltd.) a UK company and a subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Ltd ( EESL), which is a JV between 4 Navratna and Maharatna companies coming under the Ministry of Power. Description
- To support the activities of the Key Account Director through the preparation and production of high quality documentation, assisting with gathering information and correlation of documents
- Summarise contracts for both Project and Maintenance agreements
- Assist with the production of timely and accurate summary of the cash flows for each project together with evaluating the legal and financial risks
- Quote and assist with the negotiation of the Commercial Agreements
- Assess and analyse the proposals and contracts of suppliers
- Support the Sales and Proposals teams on each enquiry to enable success
- Ensure all contract documents are correctly presented, authorised, distributed and archived to comply with the legal requirements of the company, the client and suppliers Report as required on the status of all commercial agreements as required
- Monitor and ensure that all invoicing and legal requirements required under the terms of each contract is adhered to in a factual and timely manner
- Ensure that all monies owed by Contract customers are paid to EPSL in a timely manner and to resolve any invoicing disputes as soon as they arise
- Assist the Projects team with all queries and requirements relating to each sales contract until completed and fully paid for
- Ensure that the Service and Contracts Managers are fully informed as to the details of each O&M contract immediately on signature
- The position involves the jobholder in day to day sales and business management decisions
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary by management
- Must have prio experience in handling contract & proposal for large organisations
