Job Description :

1) Heading Project Contracts for Premium Residential Projects

2) Spearheading Strategic Sourcing & Contracting functions

3) Developing contract strategy based on project segment including Identifying, developing and negotiating with vendors on the basis of cost analysis and alternate quotes, adhering to Budget requirements

4) Preparation of work contracts including final agreed terms, conditions, deviations, addendum complying with all statutory requirements.

5) Contract administration including claim settlement, dispute resolutions, extra items, issuing amendments, contract closure for achieving timely project deliverables

6) Developing and implementing systems to help management of high volume, high value contracts and reviewing contract MIS
