Job Description:

Contlo is seeking a motivated and talented Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrating the value of Contlo's AI marketing platform. - Identify and prospect potential customers within the target market segments to generate new business opportunities.

- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points related to marketing and customer retention.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.

- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of Contlo's AI marketing platform.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring they align with customer requirements and company goals.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating consistent revenue growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) or marketing technology industry.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate and engage with customers at various levels of an organization.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

- Familiarity with marketing technology and AI-based solutions is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage the sales process efficiently.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
