1. Take lead in retention, customer engagement and satisfaction in r/o identified customers of companies- projects. Support and participate in coordination through traders, direct consumers, and tendering options for sale. 2. Track the performance of intermediaries i.e. traders and ensure that the required services are obtained 3. To address all the regulatory requirements for the wind/solar/hybrid/storage projects, which include the power evacuation, open access, connectivity as per the relevant state or central grid code, etc. 4. To assess the upcoming regulatory developments at the central and the state level which can affect renewable energy sector in general and wind power projects in particular. 5. Interactions with Institutions in the Renewable Power like MNRE, CERC, SERCs, etc. on various policy related matters. 6. Working on policy like the renewable energy policy, the national tariff policy and electricity policy at the central government level, for different incentives and facilitation provided by the central government. 7. Receivables collection monitoring and, revenue maximization by sales of electricity in higher price markets. 8. All operational activities related to Discoms & third-party sale arrangements with various consumers, authorities & Discoms. 9. Develop and maintain personal rapport with senior officers in all government authorities in states where company/subsidiaries undertake projects, e.g., MEDA, GEDA, Transcos, Discoms, State & Central ministries, State and Central regulatory commission and similar.
