Continuum Green Energy - Senior Executive/Executive - Energy Regulatory Laws & Tariff Petition

1. Interaction with all the state regulatory commission as well as the central electricity regulatory commission.

2. Monitoring of CERC, CEA, MNRE, MERC, GERC, MPERC, TNERC, HPERC and other regulatory websites for updates and related information.

3. The responsibilities also include the proactive steps and to assess the upcoming regulatory developments at the central and the state level which can affect renewable energy sector in general and wind power projects.

4. Process the Regulation, Order, Agreement or any other documents provided for comments and suggestions.

5. Preparation, consultation, drafting, of legal petition and notes in consultation with external counsels in line Company's overall strategy for all operating and under construction projects.

6. Working on policy like the renewable energy policy, the national tariff policy and electricity policy at the central government level, for different incentives and facilitation provided by the central government.

7. To address all the regulatory requirements for the wind projects.

8. The activities span all the states and institutions like Central Electricity Agency, National Load Dispatch Centre, and State Nodal Agencies for Renewable.

9. Working on policy like the renewable energy policy, the national tariff policy and electricity policy at the central government level, for different incentives and facilitation provided by the central government.

10. All operational activities related to Discoms & third-party sale arrangement with various consumers, Authorities, Discoms and circles.
