Role - Regulatory and sales

Location - Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure that all the new customers documents are collected for on time application filling.

2. To handle all the application filing, processing, coordination, and ensuring on time Medium/Long term open access availability.

3. To execute the Bulk Power Transmission agreement, wheeling agreement and make sure customers are available for execution.

4. Managing all internal coordination with finance, accounts department for payment of on time application fee, deposit the earnest money and ensure that consumers don't have any outstanding to any statutory authority.

5. To handle NOC required from various agencies for effective application processing.

6. To coordinate with Finance team for renewal of LCs and taking back from GETCO all the older LCs for fund release.

7. Coordinating with customers for change in TRA accounts and effective payment to the latest/newest TRA account.

8. To handle all the relinquishment charges (in case of exit of customers) are paid on time and recovered from customer.
