Continuum Green Energy - Analyst - Corporate Finance - Financial Modelling

1. Prepare and maintain financial models from scratch for projects in our portfolio.

2. Perform scenario analysis and determine the viability of the business plan for new projects.

3. Perform financial valuation using different methodologies including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction etc.

4. Prepare teaser / information memorandum / corporate presentation.

5. Perform industry research

6. Follow up and comparative analysis of operating performance, financial metrics and valuation metrics of competitors.

7. Create and maintain data room, and coordinate due diligence exercise for any prospective investors / lenders.

8. Effectively coordinate within internal teams for any of the above responsibility.
