- This role would assist Continuous Improvement & Transformation Head to implement site-wide Strategic & Tactical CI initiatives, help teams in setting up of service excellence metrics, drive CI culture using innovative techniques and train employees on various CI methodologies & tools.
- The role would require interactions & working closely with the site's extended leadership team to achieve annual CI goals and drive efficiency, reduce cost & increase stakeholder satisfaction for the operational processes.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Minitab
- Experience in Visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI)
- Experience in SharePoint
- Six-sigma, Lean & Continuous improvement methodology & tools
- Project management principles
Soft Skills :
